Credentials & Service Standards

Verify the company, the scope of work, and the documents that apply before booking pest-control service.

Verify the Servicing Business

Ask for the legal business name and relevant Texas pest-control license information. Match those details to the company carrying out the work, not just to the website or phone number used for your inquiry.

The Texas Department of Agriculture’s consumer guidance explains structural pest-control licensing. Use the TDA business-license search to check the provider.

Ask for Current Documentation

Request proof of insurance appropriate to the proposed work, written scope, product or method information where applicable, preparation instructions, and any treatment notice or consumer information sheet supplied by the provider.

Termite work, construction-stage prevention, monitoring, and structural repairs may have different documentation. Ask which records you will receive and keep them with the agreement.

Understand What Is Included

Identify the target pest, areas inspected or treated, work excluded, access requirements, and follow-up conditions. A general pest plan does not automatically include termites, bed bugs, mosquitoes, or rodent exclusion.

See Service Coverage & Follow-Up and Cost Factors before comparing quotes.

What This Page Verifies

This page is a consumer verification guide. It does not certify a named operator, establish insurance coverage, or claim an award, membership, license number, or treatment guarantee.

Any illustrative documentation elsewhere on the site is explanatory material. Confirm current documents directly with the company responsible for your service.
