Image & Content Policy
Understand illustrative imagery, customer evidence, source attribution, and requests concerning website materials.
Illustrative Images
An image can explain a pest, entry point, building condition, or general service activity without documenting a customer job. Generated images and illustrative before-and-after compositions must not be treated as proof of an actual result.
A person shown in an illustrative image is not automatically an employee, licensed technician, or customer of a servicing company.
Documented Property Images
An actual case image needs accurate context, appropriate permission, and a truthful description of the property and work. Identifying addresses, occupants, and personal details should not be exposed unnecessarily.
A photograph alone does not establish the diagnosis, treatment method, date, or result. Supporting records are needed before presenting it as a completed project.
Attribution & Content Reuse
Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable permissions. Linking to an official source does not transfer ownership or imply that the source endorses this website.
For permission to reuse substantial site content or images, contact the site rather than assuming every asset has the same license. Short references should accurately identify their source.
Report a Rights or Accuracy Concern
Provide the page URL, the specific image or passage, your relationship to it, and the requested correction through Contact. Include enough detail to locate the material without sending unnecessary sensitive documents.
See Editorial Policy, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer for related standards.
