Reviews & Feedback Policy
Separate verified customer feedback from sample layouts, illustrative material, and claims that need evidence.
What Counts as Customer Feedback
A review should reflect a real experience with the provider identified in the review. The source, relevant service, and context should be clear enough for a reader to assess it.
A review of another business is not proof of a McKinney provider’s performance. A testimonial should not be assigned to a different operator simply because both offer pest control.
Sample Material & Ratings
Sample quotations and review collages used to illustrate a layout are not verified customer evidence. They do not support a Google rating, review count, award, or claim of customer satisfaction.
Only supported feedback should be presented as verified. See the Reviews page and Disclaimer for related context.
Consent, Editing & Incentives
Before publishing a customer’s name, image, property details, or quotation, confirm appropriate permission. Editing should preserve the meaning rather than turn qualified feedback into an absolute claim.
A material incentive or commercial relationship should be disclosed where relevant. Do not present paid promotional text as independent customer feedback.
Raise a Review Concern
If a review appears misattributed, unsupported, or contains information that should not be public, provide the URL, the material in question, and your connection to it through Contact.
Complaints about an actual service should also be directed to the company responsible for the work. A website correction does not replace the provider’s service-resolution process.
