Service Coverage & Follow-Up

Compare what a plan includes, what remains outside its scope, and how the provider will respond to continuing activity.

Ask Which Pests & Areas Are Covered

A general pest plan does not automatically include termites, mosquitoes, bed bugs, rodents, wildlife, or structural repairs. List the target pests and the rooms or exterior areas included in the quote.

Clarify whether inspection, treatment, exclusion, monitoring, and prevention corrections are separate items. The Service Directory explains the differences between the existing service pages.

Confirm the Follow-Up Conditions

Ask when the work will be reassessed, what evidence to report, and how continued activity changes the next step. A follow-up may involve inspection, adjustment, additional preparation, or a separate treatment.

Record whether a return visit is included, its eligibility conditions, and any charge. Do not assume that a recurring plan covers every new pest problem.

Read Any Guarantee in Writing

If a provider offers a guarantee, confirm the covered pest, area, duration, exclusions, reporting deadline, and homeowner responsibilities. Ask what remedy is offered and what happens if the problem persists.

This website does not offer a provider-specific money-back promise or free re-service guarantee. Any such commitment must come from the company responsible for the agreement.

Changes, Cancellations & Billing

Confirm the actual payment schedule, renewal terms, cancellation notice, rescheduling procedure, and fees before agreeing to a plan. Keep the accepted quote and service record.

For comparing scope and cost, see Cost Factors. For treatment responsibilities, see Website Terms.

If the Work Does Not Match the Agreement

Document the concern, contact the provider using its service record, and explain the requested resolution. Keep copies of correspondence and relevant photographs.
